Schedule a Complimentary Call

If you would like to schedule an appointment, please feel free to call, email or submit a form through the “Contact Us” page on our website.

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and a member of our staff is available during those times to answer your general questions, provide you with some information about how we work, and how to get started. During this initial information and intake call, we will ask you for some basic background information to ensure that we provide the appropriate services for the issue that prompted your inquiry. Please note that we do not answer legal questions during this intake call. Legal questions are answered in a paid consultation with one of our attorneys. We do not offer free attorney consultations regarding specific legal questions or concerns, and merely contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Legal Consultation

Following your complimentary, new client informational and intake call, we will help you schedule the appropriate attorney consultation meeting. Please note that this is a paid consultation where we delve into the specifics of your matter, beginning with what brought you to see us, whether it be a set of facts relating to a loved one’s health issue or goals to achieve, and provide you with tailored, individualized advice. Given the time involved and the individualized nature of the meeting, we do not offer free, in-office meetings. During your intake call, we would be happy to provide you with an overview of our process and our firm. However, we cannot provide legal advice prior to a formal engagement.

  • For estate planning and elder law matters, this will be a 60- to 90-minute meeting wherein we get to know your family and goals, and then provide you with an understanding of the underlying legal issue, e.g., estate taxes, avoiding probate, qualifying for MassHealth or VA Aid & Attendance, providing for a special needs family member, and/or securing guardianship for a loved one.

  • For probate or trust administration matters, the consultation will be an estate administration intake meeting. We will overview the process and the timeline for probate and trust administration so that you will know what to expect from us and what information we will need.

We will ask you to pay your consultation fee and complete the appropriate electronic intake worksheet in advance of your attorney consultation so we can properly prepare to advise you and answer your specific questions at that time.

Existing clients are of course always welcome to contact our office to set up design meetings, review meetings, funding meetings, or other assistance as needed.

Confidentiality Policy

It is our firm’s policy to preserve your confidentiality at all times. We are strictly bound by professional rules of ethics as well as by personal conviction. We respect your privacy, have safeguards in place internally to protect your confidential information, and we will never disclose or release your private information to anyone without your prior, express consent.
