Last year, after researching different types of trusts and looking for an attorney to facilitate said trust, we decided to have Linda Fisher help us with our estate planning by setting up an irrevocable family trust. We were interested in protecting our assets and ensuring an inheritance for our three children. She was very patient explaining the process to us and defining all terms making sure we understood the ramifications of the decisions we were making. She thoroughly explained the concepts pertinent to our family situation and made us aware of pitfalls that could come up in the future. She prepared equally important papers such as a will, health care proxy, power of attorney, and other documents needed in order to facilitate an orderly transference of assets. The end result is a document, contained in a binder, that is well-organized and contains all paperwork necessary for our trustee to manage, modify and dissolve the trust.
